The fast and, above all, highly precise LTT24 from Labortechnik Tasler GmbH records measured values in real time, whether from regular operation or from test setups or test data.
The LTT24 can be used in many different ways. Both installed as a component of a test bench, as well as in the application of predictive maintenance. Within the test bench application it offers a decisive advantage in the fast moving markets. Used as a maintenance tool, it leads there to the early detection of weak points and to the avoidance of uncontrollable failures of the operating equipment. As a result, their production time is reduced and the effectiveness of the usually very costly plants can be increased.
The amount of measurement data is processed in real time, based on the optimally selected sensors of the measurement amplifier contained in the LTT24. Depending on the selected sampling rate and bath width, the data volumes are combined into meaningful results by means of filters.
